about

Dripper: Into a Dark Era is an experimental 13 song project created by me back in 2004 with all songs written and composed in the studio while learning how to improve my mixing skills back then. All songs are of a techno, house, trance, soundtrack style at a speed between 120-140bpm and feature various freeware loops and samples and various filters and effects throughout. 12 of the 13 songs were created over a 5 month period throughout the first half of 2004 while the song Destruction was created back in 2002 and remastered for this album. All songs feature a powerful, moving beat and emotional melodies. Two of the songs (Tune from neptune and Supatek Trek) were used in a short film named the Toy Tub made by Telen Rodwell which was a festival winner in late 2004. The album is capped off by a classic named The Next Train which uses midi sounds of horns and whistles to resemble the sound of trains.
